State Fire Marshall Request
A
- Any fire w/a projected dollar loss exceeding $1,000,000 or
- Any fire involving a civilian death, or an injury that is likely to result in death; or
- Any fire in which the cause is not readily determined by an initial investigation; or
- Any fire involving a suspected failure of a fire suppression or fire detection system; or
- Suspected arson fires in structures or vehicles; or
- Explosions
- Fires involving houses of worship
Fire Marshall NOT needed:
- Illegal burning or land clearing
- Suspicious woods fires - Forestry handles those
