What are the features of the myometrial leiomyomata?
A
Bands of smooth muscle, defined edge.
Common benign smooth muscle tumours.
Can cause irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, vaginal discharge or urinary pressure symptoms (if large).

Peri/postmenopausal
