made from interstitial cells, stimulated by LH
primary: stimulate spermatogenesis
secondary: secondary sex characteristics (maturation of testes/penis, voice, hair acne)

A
gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which stimulates the pituitary to release LH and FSH

A
follicle (immature) stimulating hormone, (FSH)
stimulates spermatogenesis by stimulating the seminiferous tubules
