Are there paper Cabin Discrepancy Reports, and if so, why?
Yes. To report maint/discrepancy issues to the pilots if Link method is unavailable.
It is located in the Inflight Customer Kit.
Submit prior to pilots prior to beginning Sterile phase of flight during descent, or upon arrival if discovered during Sterile.
What should be done if there is inoperative/defective removable galley equipment?

Affix Galley Equipment Needs Repair tag (found in Inflight Customer Kit) to equipment.
