Informational- actively look for guidance from group
Compliance- doing what is expected by others, privately disagreeing
Internationalisation- involves attitude and behavioral change
Utilitarian- brand preference influenced by preference of group
Value expressive- brand enhances image
Normative- wanting to fit in with group
