Much learning occurs as a result of thinking, evaluating and problem solving. Focuses on encoding and info processing.

A relatively permanent change in behavior that can be attributed to experience
Influences likes/ dislikes, emotional responses, attitudes and behaviors
Assists in the understanding of the way in which the consumer chooses fashion, goods and services
