This deck will deal with the CLOSED STATUS and CANCELLED STATUS of the Workorder.

What is the CLOSED STATUS of a Workorder?

Answer 2

Once your project is completed and all monies collected and paid, the Workorder can be Closed. It will remain in RedTeam at any time, should the data need to be accessed or referenced.

Question 3

What is the CANCELLED STATUS of a Workorder?

Answer 3

You may at any time, for any reason, Cancel a Workorder. In order to do this, you must first Demote the Workorder back to Draft status.

If a Workorder is Cancelled in error, you can reverse this by navigating to the Contract tab and clicking “More” -> “Recover”
