1. What are DELIVERABLES?

Deliverables are data items provided to the Customer pursuant to the contract. These data items may be what are commonly known as Submittals, items that require approval prior to installation in order to ensure that the completed work reflects the intended design outlined by the Customer in the contract.

2. What else is defined as a DELIVERABLE?

Additionally, Deliverables can be items required during the period of work, or they may be what are commonly referred to as “closeout documents,” data items required by contract that are not delivered until completion of the work, such as warranties and operations & maintenance manuals.
