What can you do in Employee Preferences?

Under your preferences, you may change which gadgets you see on your homepage and also how they are arranged. Gadgets are shortcuts to main features in RedTeam. Gadgets like the Inbox allow you to make approvals right from your homepage, while Gadgets like the Pipeline keep you up-to-date. In the same section, you may change the types of Workorders you are able to see by selecting the statuses that appear

How do you modify the Status Display Settings for an employee?

In the employee Preferences tab, you have the option to choose which types of Workorders are visible to a specific employee. Select from Draft, Request, Proposal, InProgress, Closed, or Cancelled. Click the checkboxes to select one or more Workorder statuses.
