  • pros: inexpensive, time effective
  • cons: only reaches limited # of people
  • who: lower level positions (not always), organizations that have customers/patrons (need a store-front type place)

    • choose certain college based on diversity or demographics desired by the organization
  • pros: large audience, new grads (could also be a con), captive audience, cheap
  • cons: possible inexperienced employees, time consuming
  • who: entry level jobs usually, jobs that need a college degree
