What does rehydration do?
A
Restores fluids lost during exercise

A
After exercise speeding up recovery (usually stretching)

A
Increases breathing rate meaning an increase in removal of waste products this reduces the affect of DOMS

A
Increases blood flow reducing inflammation also prevents DOMS
