Function/Effect: High cognitive function; Stimulates Enteric NS

Location: Heart; Presynaptic nerve terminal
Function/Effect: Decreases HR/Decrease atrial contraction; Inhibits ACh release

Location: Exocrine glands; Pancreatic beta cells; Smooth muscle: GI, Detrusor (bladder), Eye (pupils, sphincter, ciliary), Bronchial; Endothelial cells
Function/Effect: Increase secretions (lacrimal, sweat, salivary, gastric acid); Increase Insulin secretion; Increase peristalsis, Increase bladder contraction, Myosis & Accommodation, Bronchoconstriction; NO-mediated Vasodilation
