Making decisions about the management of change in any place involves not just the actual decision maker but also who?
The people, groups or organisations with an interest or concern in the issue to be managed.
These interested or involved parties are collectively referred to as stakeholders. In almost all satiations, stakeholder fall into four groups. What are they?
- Providers
- Users or beneficiaries
- Governance
- Influencers

Slough Borough Council- Aim to improve housing, employment and the environment. Community Groups (Aik Saath)- Tackle tensions between gangs of young Muslims, Hindus and Sikhs.
