Clinical presentation of reactive arthritis
A
nonbacterial conjunctivits, urethritis, and arthritis of weight bearing joints often after a enteric infection (ie salmonella, shigella, yersinia, etc). Can also see enthesitis (tenderness as ligametn/tendon insertion site on bone)

Cutaneous manifestations of reactive arthritis
A
keratoderma blennorrhagica (hands and feet, psoriasiform), circinate balanitis/vulvitis, geographic tongue

DDx of reactive arthritis
A
psoriatic arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, infectious arthropathies, Kawasaki, Behcet syndrome, and rheumatic fever

Tx of reactive arthritis
A
NSAIDs and bed rest
