Pityriasis Lichenoides etiology
Associated with preceeding viral infection (HHV8 or parvovirus) or immunization (MMR)
Pityriasis lichenoides tx
UV light is most effective, can consider 3mo trial of antibiotics wuch as erythromycin/azithromycin/tetracyclines
