Clinical presentation of keratosis lichenoides chronica
A
Symmetrically distributed erythematous lichenoid papules and scaling verrucous lesions in a linear or reticulated pattern. Can see associated alopecia with facial involvement in kids.

Tx of keratosis lichenoides chronica
A
Topical steroids are ineffective. Some benefit reported with UV tx, PUVA, and systemic retinoids
