Clinical course of PR
A
herald patch followed in 2-21 days by generalized eruption with fine collarette of scale that spares the face. Orientation of the lesions run parallel to the lines of skin cleavage (Christmas tree). Typically clears in 6 weeks

DDx of PR
A
widespread tinea, drug eruption, PLEVA, seb derm, nummular eczema, guttate psoriasis, and secondary syphillis (particularly if palms and soles involved)
