-PV speculum : need to ask with consent

1.speculum exm to dtermine any injuries to cervix, and to take swabs to exclude infections
2. HIV SYPHILLIS : BLOOD SAMPLE
cervical smear : gonococcus , chlamyida
-penicillin, doxycycline given prophylactically
3. prevent pregnancy : yuzpe method two doses 12 hours apart with metocloporomide, or prostinor
4. review in 3/52
-r/v ix
-check whether conceived
-screening syphillis and hiv again 3/12
5.collect speciemen from vagina
-DNA analysis for legal purposes
6. Referral
Rapr crisiscounselling, with rape crisis team or medical social worker
-or refer to a doctor rape crisis centre immediately, summary should be given
