explanation

A

-Original streptococcal infection>intiated an immune reaction against the bacteria>this reaction having major effect on the kidneys
-this cause decrease UOP and salt and water retention>swelling around eyes
-hospital admission required in view of acute presentation and high BP
-and further investigate to confirm PSGN
