-FBE, URINE microscopy and culture

admission
-strict fluid balance, restricted fluid
-4hrly bp, test all urine
-daily weight
-low protein, low salt/high carbohydrate
-antihypertensive treatment
-penicillin therapy maybe suggested
follow up
-regular bp/rft weekly>monthly>quartery
-regular urine analysis>hameaturis persist upto two years
-long term prognosis excellent
