fetal CNS defects, IUGR, placenta abnormalities (placenta acreta, previa)

A
PE (ventilation perfusion scan 50mrad), thyroid studies (technetium), radioactive iodine is contraindicated

20wk anatomic survey/gest. age/screening for anomalies, amniocentesis, placenta location, poly/oligohydramnios, cervical length (nml > 2.5cm)

amniotic fluid levels, fetal growth, biophysical profile, pulmonary maturity levels, fetal wt estimation
