- method of collecting data in social surveys
- standardised questions from a hypothesise

Strengths of questionnaires
A
-Quick and easy to distribute eg online so more people will do it
- Clear data → easy to interpret → trends/patterns
- Cheap (google forms)

Weaknesses of questionnaires
A
- Lack of honesty and thought → lack of interest on completing
- May not be representative
- Closed questions → cant gage a deeper understanding → lack of detail
