Labour Market Availability (LMA)

A

Based on all the information and collection that is being done, the federal government is able to take the information and send it to federal-tied corps, showing them the ideal composition of their workforce

eg: If the labour market has 50% women in the finance industry in Ontario, the government will put 50% women as the ideal composition for finance corporations in Ontario with government ties
