What is the BioPsychoSocial model?
A model that considers how a persons Biology, Psychology and sociology/social conditions affect their health/illness
Why is the Biopsychosocial model important in modern medicine?
It looks at all the biological, psychological and social factors that affect health
So not only focuses on the physical illness
