- Exercise, energy conservation, weight reduction, locomotion, posture, orthotics

- Heat, electrical stimulation, stretching, relaxation, lifestyle changes

- Non fatiguing:
- Strengthening and aerobic exercise programs
- 5 minute rest between sets
- Estimate intensity that patient can tolerate & apply one-half
