Psychopathy is a personality disorder where a person tends to have traits such as impulsiveness, anti-social, recklessness. They tend to lack remorse (guilt) and empathy.

What is the difference between psychopath 💡and sociopath🔪?
Psychopath is nature/nurture
Sociopath is nature
Psychopaths are smart, manipulative and minimise their risk in criminal activities
Sociopaths are more reckless, more erratic and rage prone. And engage more in criminal activities.
What are the effects of labelling someone a psychopath?
They can be treated more harshly than a person who is not psychopath.
And unfair and harsher punishment may be given to them because of that

Transformation of a persons character causing good people to commit bad behaviour
