Psychopathy is a personality disorder where a person tends to have traits such as impulsiveness, anti-social, recklessness. They tend to lack remorse (guilt) and empathy.

Psychopaths are smart, manipulative and minimise their risk in criminal activities

Sociopaths are more reckless, more erratic and rage prone. And engage more in criminal activities.
