Non-scientific approaches to psychological questions. Pop psychology; not based on research.
What are the 8 Critical Thinking Guidelines?
- Ask questions; be willing to wonder
- Define your terms (Operational Definition)

- Avoid emotional reasoning

What are the three main areas of Psychological work?
Research (Basic & Applied), practice, and in the community/industry.
What is a Psychotherapist?
Someone (with no regulation) who does any kind of psychotherapy.
What is Neural Feedback therapy?
A type of brain training based on the idea of neuroplasticity. Uses brain wave activity to retrain the brain for peak performance.
