What is the value of finding flow in our work?
I/O psychology has three main subfields
Human factors psychology, personnel psychology, and organizational psychology.
Engaged: working with passion and feeling a profound connection to the company or organization.
Not engaged: putting in the time but investing little passion or energy into their work.
Actively disengaged: unhappy workers undermining what their colleagues accomplish.
