A

one or more symptoms affecting voluntary motor or sensory function suggesting a neurologic condition:

The symptoms include motor or sensory deficits, seizures, or mixed symptoms that cause significant impairment in everyday functioning.

Although the symptoms have psychological origins, the symptoms are not intentionally produced (in contrast to the various forms of malingering).

Generalized anxiety disorder: Chronic multiple worries, anxiety, tension
