boundaries b work and home are blurring, due to techology , create more stress but can allow more time with the family (working a remote job, its like the cycle never ends,)

( Alex and Taylor, to share the position. Alex works Monday to Wednesday, taking on 20 hours per week, while Taylor works Wednesday to Friday, also covering 20 hours, and They collaborate closely to ensure continuity in their tasks, handovers, and any ongoing projects)
