Any person who:
1 - $5000 + 3 months jail first offence
2 - $10,000 and or 2 years for any subsequent offence

What does it restrict?

1 - restraining the respondent from contacting the applicant or child
2 - restraining the respondent from coming within a certain distance of the applicant
3 - anything else specified by court order

1 - Everyone who without lawful excuse, disobeys court order
2 - Other than for the payment of money
3 - Is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for term not exceeding 2 years or by summary conviction
