• Fit for anasthetic
• Life expectancy > 10 years
• Intermediate -> high risk
• Histologically confirmed localised adenocarcinoma of the prostate
• Clinical stage T2-T3b, N0, M0

What is HDR protocol?

Answer 2

• Single fraction of 15Gy followed by EBRT: 37.5Gy/15# VMAT
• Boost under GA
• EBRT 2 weeks later
