Q. Ptn with FH of prostate cancer is found to have prostate nodule <4cm = normal. Do you still need to take biopsy?

Yes , ptn who is >50years with FH of prostate cancer and nodule have to be investigated. ( PSA normal <4 / grey zone 4-10 / usually malignant if >10 )
