Surgical resection. as biopsy is contraindicated in solid kidney tumor because of risk of cancer spread and they are Almost always malignant
A. If there’s a mass in the kidney pelvis or ureter, is it ok to do a biopsy there?
Yes , unlike a solid mass in the upper pole where biopsy is contraindicated

Renal cell carcinoma

Dialysis
Q. Thin walled, homogenous kidney cyst filled with fluid is found accidentally on US, what’s the next step?
No intervention is needed. If it was suspicious then order contrast CT or MRI.
