Add tags, add to list, assign to group, assign to user, delete, mark as reviewed, merge, remove from list, remove tags, star, unstar
What user roles can add prospects manually?
Sales role or higher (Admin > Import Prospects)
What are the available assignment actions?
Assign to group, assign to user, assign to queue, assign prospect via Salesforce active assignment rule
What can you use to automate prospect assignments?
Automation Rules: assigned based on criteria
Completion Actions: assigns based on form submission, page view, file download, or custom redirect click
Engagement Program Actions: based on response
Can you permanently delete prospects from the recycle bin?
Yes
Do deleted prospects appear in reports?
No
How do deleted prospects interact with page actions?
Page actions aren’t triggered but page views show up in prospect activities
How many prospects can you merge at once?

What happens when prospects are merged?
Activities are aggregated, score is recalculated, nonmaster prospects are deleted permanently
Why would you need to export prospects?
To perform bulk update, fix sync errors, or use data for external reporting
Who can export prospects?
Marketing, Admin, Sales Manager
What is the difference between opted out and do not email?
Opted out still receives autoresponder and operational emails
Who can perform manual opt-ins?
Admin
Who can perform manual opt-outs?
All (but only Marketing and Admin can opt out prospects not assigned to them)
Whwere should you manage accounts if you have a connector?
From Salesforce, it will sync. Read only in Pardot.
If no connector, can manually edit.
The “related” tab of the prospect record displays prospects that have what in common?
Email domain
