What are lists?
Groups of prospects used to send list emails or build engagement programs
What can you see when viewing a list?
Total number of prospects, number of mailable prospects, % mailable
What are the different list types?
Dynamic, Static, Suppression, Test Lists
What is a static list?
Has a fixed amount of prospects
Build once and edit manually
Use when there’s no reason to remove prospects
Can’t convert to dynamic list
What is a dynamic list?
Rule based list that automatically update as data changes
Created based on criteria
Cannot manually add or remove prospects
When split, split lists are static
What is a suppression list?
Used to omit a select group of prospects from list emails or drip programs
Valuable when prospects may be on more than one list and you want to make sure that one of those lists does not receive the email
What is a test list?
Used to send test emails
What happens when you split a list?
Prospects are divided randomly between lists
