How much sugar does a can of cola have?

A
  • contain added caloric sweeteners (sucrose, high-fructose corn syrup, fruit juice concentrates)
    • carbonates, fruit drinks, sports drinks, energy & vitamin water drinks, sweetened ice tea, lemonade
  • 355 mL sugar-sweetened soda: 40g of sugar
    Daily sugar recommendation: 50g (10% of total energy intake)
