- Treatment or prophylaxis of nausea/vomiting for:
Motion sickness
Planned aeromedical evacuation
Vertigo
Known allergy or contraindication to Ondansetron administration
Headache irrespective of nausea/vomiting

What are the contraindications of Prochlorperazine?
A
- Circulatory collapse (cool, pale, clammy skin, tachycardia, hypotension)
- CNS depression
- Previous hypersensitivity
- Pregnancy
- Pts <21y/o

What are some precautions of Prochlorperazine?
A
- Hypotension
- Epilepsy
- Pts affected by alcohol/anti-depressants

What are some side effects of Prochlorperazine?
A
- Drowsiness
- Blurred vision
- Hypotension
- Skin rash
- Sinus tachycardia
- Extrapyramidal reactions (drug induced movement, contraction), usually systemic type

- 12.5mg/1mL once IM
