- Hypersensitivity

- Exceeding 4g within 24hr (60mg/kg Paed)
- Alreay administered in past 4hr
- Chest pain in suspected acute coronary syndrome

A
- Impaired hepatic function or liver disease
- Elderly/frail
- Malnourished

What are some side effects of Paracetamol?
A
- Hypersensitivity (inc. severe skin rashes)
- Haematological reaction

- 1000 mg (2x tablet) PO
- >60y/o or 60kg> 500mg PO
