Specifications

A

Defined parameters of the product’s characteristics. Clearly defined parameters are key to making a consistent product.

Q

Run chart/Control chart

A

A graph used to study process changes over time. Results are plotted over time with the USL & LSL, and target values specified.
-Only constructed once the process is reasonably under control

Q

UCL, LCL

A

Upper control limit, lower control limit. Calculated limits based on the standard deviation info from process data. Give limits and expectations.
