What is the purpose of a PRO?
A
To provide feedback to individuals/teams & the organisation with the aim of improving performance.

When should a PRO take place?
A
A PRO MUST take place after the following-
All make ups.
All persons reported & trapped.
Shortfalls of equipment/persons/procedures.
When personnel/equipment/procedures have performed to a high standard.
A (SERD) event involving a long report.
Within 28 days of incident.

SM’s role in regards to organising a PRO?
A
Station based SM’s are responsible for ensuring that all PRO’s take place.
Are recorded on the IMS database (incidents that take place on their ground) 28 days
