anything below 93% respiration, you would really say oh thats a problem, but 93% is the cut off point

instead should be: 5, 4, 3, - you need preceeding 0

identify keywords
identify repeated words
look for opposite answers
use priortiziation techniques
keywords in NCLEX questions
if they ask fro an intervention, look for the answer that has an internvetion
answers that focus on sxs or anything other interventions can be eliminated
repeated words in NCLEX questions
pay close attention to prepeated words and synonymous that appear in both questions and answer
Ex:
a questions that contains signs the right answer will include the word signs
opposite answers in NCLEX
increased HR or decreased HR
one of the two will be right
