When the microcapsules burst, tiny particles are released. Eg. scratch and sniff stickers release a scent when scratched.
What is UV-varnishing and what is it used for?
UV varnishing is a high-gloss varnish (a clear liquid) that is applied over the top of a printed area to produce a glossy finish.

Spot varnishing is when varnish is applied to specific areas of a design. This aims to highlight certain features of a design.
How does lamination work?
