A

To be following Prince2, a project must, as a minimum:
- Create and maintain a business justification for the project
- Review and update the business justification as appropriate
- Define the management actions that ensure the project´s outcomes are achieved, and the benefits realized
- Define and document the roles and responsibilities for the business case and benefits management
Two products should be produced and maintained:
1) Business case
2) Benefits management approach
