A
Papules that coalesce to form surface elevation wider than 1 cm. (psoriasis, lichen planus))

A
Superficial, raised, transient, erythematous, slightly irregular shape. (mosquito bike, allergic rxn)

Wheals that coalesce into an extensive reaction

A
Elevated cavity containing serous fluid, up to 1 cm (HSV, varicella)

A
Single chamber, superficial to epidermis, larger than one cm. (pemphigus, friction blister, burns)
