Triad of glaucoma:
High IOP
Glaucomatous cupping
Fielf defect

How to diagnose (simply)

A

Measure IOP
Gonioscopy to see the angle
Ophthalmoscopy (cupping)
Measure visual field (to evaluate the progression)
