PAP and HPV Screening
Screening for cervical cancer every 3 years by cytology alone of every 5 years by PAP and HPV co-testing
HIV Screening
Age 15-65
Older/Younger if in at-risk group
Antigen/Antibody immunoessay
Colorectal Cancer
Age 50-75
Age 40 or 10 years younger than diagnosis of a family member who had it
Repeat every 3 years if high risk, 5 for low risk, 10 for no risk
Colonoscopy - every 10 years
CT Angio every 5 years
Sigmoidoscopy every 5 years
Fecal/FIT test every year
HTN Screening
Annual for patients with risks
Every 3-5 years for no risks
Goal is less than 150/90 for 60+
Goal is less than 140/90 for younger than 60
Breast Cancer
Age 50-74
Every other year
Sooner (40+) if family history
Breast self-exam not recommended
Cervical Cancer
Age 21-20 - Cytology every 3 years
Age 30-65 - Cytology every 5 years
NEVER TEST BEFORE 21 YEARS OLD
AAA Screening
Only screen if history of ever having smoked (100+ cigarettes)
Age 65-75, one time ultrasound
Lung Cancer
Age 50-80
Low dose CT
History of 30-pack year smoking and still smoking or less than 15 years since quitting
OB Screening
Asymptomatic bacteruremia
Gestational Diabetes at 24 weeks
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea
Pre-ecclampsia (if at risk)
Hep B (1st pregnancy)
Rh Typing
TdaP every pregnancy
Diabetes Screening
Screen all 40-70 year olds that are overweight (BMI 25+)
Diabetes / Pre-Diabetes
Diabetes = HbA1C 6.5+ OR Fasting Glucose 126+ OR GTT 200+
Pre-diabetes = HbA1C 5.7 - 6.4 OR Fasting Glucose 100-125 OR GTT 140-199

Rh Screening
Rh typing / antibody for all pregnant women in first visit
Rh testing at 24-28 weeks for Rh negative women
Cardiovascular Disease Screening
Screen all 40-75 year olds
Prescribe statins if: 1+ risk factors and 10 year risk is 10%+
Aspirin Prophylaxis Screening
10% or more cardiovascular disease risk
No bleeding risks
10+ year life expectancy
Zoster Vaccine
Age 50+ even if they had chickenpox
2 doses if less than 50 or immunocompromised
1 dose if 50+
TdaP / Td intervals
1 TdaP every pregnancy
Td every 10 years, may do every 5 years
Pregnant patients cannot get these vaccines:
MMR
Varicella
HPV
Live viruses
HPV Vaccine
All genders 12-26 (may finish it after that age though but not re-start it)
2 doses 6 months apart
3 doses for ages 15+ with second dose at 1-2 months, third dose at 6 months

Osteoporosis Screening
The USPSTF recommends screening for osteoporosis with bone measurement testing to prevent osteoporotic fractures in women 65 years and older, or younger if they have higher risks (such as early onset menopause)
