Decreased ocular motility
Pain with ocular motility
Young child with unreliable exam
Concern with postseptal cellulitis
Imaging
CT scan of orbit with contrast
Management: Peds
Amox/Clav 20 mg/kg/d PO divided into bud dosing
Management: Adults
1st generation cefalosporin 500 mg PO tid
Indications for hospitalization
Severe cases
Young children
