Q

What is functionality?

A

The user interface must allow an organisation to make use of the data stored in the ways that it requires. E.g. a report on the items which are out of stock rather than a full stock report allows for more efficient working

Q

What is performance and compatibility?

A

A system needs to be able to process inputs to the user interface and present outputs quickly. Poor performance=frustration

The system must be comparable with other systems that either input or require an output from it
