Do premium pay apply to all?
It applies to everyone except government employees, managerial employees, officers/members of managerial staff, kasambahay, those who are paid on piece rate, field personnel
How can be a government employee excluded from getting premium pay?
If they are employed by the national government, government-owned/controlled corporations
How can be managerial employees excluded from getting premium pay?
If they are managing establishment in which they are employed, direct the work of two or more employees, and if they have the authority to hire of fire other employees
How can be officers/members of managerial staff excluded from getting premium pay?
If they work directly to management policies of the employer, assists a proprietor/managerial employee, do not devote more than 20% of their hours worked
