General limitations:
- Exempt from regular PT but should be encouraged to participate in an approved exercise program, unless exempted by her health care provider for medical reasons
- No PRT during pregnancy and for 6 months following convalescent leave
- NO exposure to chemical or toxic agents and or environmental hazards
- No standing at parade rest or attention for longer than 15 minutes
- Exempt from all routine immunizations, except annual flu shot, TD, diphtheria and Tdap vaccine

-Pregnancies existing prior to entry into initial training will be discharged without maternity benefits; can apply for reenlistment 4 months postpartum
-Can remain on ship until 20th week of pregnancy while in port -MEDEVAC is less than 6 hours; NOT intended for normal routine sea operation
-If deployed should be transferred IMMEDIATELY upon confirmation
-Cannot remain on ship after 20th week and not return to ship board duty until 12 months postpartum
